Credit in SkypeOut expires and is lost.

Credit in your SkypeOut balance remains active for 180 days after your last successful PSTN phone call. Credit balances on accounts with no activity during a 180 day period will be lost.

Skype says: "We believe this policy is both market leading and the right way to keep our costs down, so we can pass savings on to you."

I say: "I haven't received any savings - just lost money without warning. That's not acceptable. Why didn't I use SkypeOut more often? Because of poor quality."
